1. Who we are

Scene Signature is a trading name of Mcellence Nordic, a sole trader / private business registered in Denmark. We are the data controller for all personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we collect

Photos you upload

When you purchase our service, you upload selfies so we can generate your photos. These are biometric in nature and treated with extra care (see Section 5).

Order and payment data

Name, email address, and payment details. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we never store your card number.

Generated photos

The AI-generated photos produced from your model. These are delivered to you and then deleted from our systems (see Section 4).

Usage data (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site via cookies. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out tool or by declining cookies on our banner.

5. Biometric data and sensitive processing

Your uploaded selfies may constitute biometric data under GDPR Article 9. We process them solely to generate your personalised photos. We do not sell, license, or share your biometric data with any third party for their own purposes. We do not use your photos to train any general-purpose or shared AI model.

6. Who we share your data with

AI generation provider

Your uploaded photos are sent to a third-party AI API to build your private model and generate your output photos. This provider processes photos solely on our instruction and under a data processing agreement. We will update this policy with the provider’s name once selected. They do not retain your photos beyond the processing window or use them for their own model training.

Google Analytics

Anonymised usage data is shared with Google LLC (USA). Transfers to the US are covered by Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Payment processor

Your payment details are handled directly by our payment provider. We share your email and order total for the transaction only.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As a resident of the EU/EEA (or UK), you have the right to:

• —Erasure — ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• —Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved

8. Cookies

We use:

9. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Uploaded photos are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled environment and automatically deleted after 24 hours. Access to your data is limited to systems that need it to fulfil your order.

10. Children

Scene Signature is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will post a notice on the site and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
