Terms of Service

1. The service

Scene Signature generates realistic, dating-optimised photos of you based on selfies you upload. You receive 80 AI-generated photos (Basic) or 120 AI-generated photos (Pro), delivered within approximately 20 minutes of your order being processed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Your purchase

• —Price: $29 (one-time). No subscription, no recurring charges.
• —Delivery: Photos are delivered digitally to your email address.
• —Licence: You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the generated photos for your own dating profiles and personal use. You may not resell or sublicence them.

4. Refund policy

We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with your photos. Downloading your photos does not void your right to a refund— unlike many competitors, we do not use download-triggered refund forfeiture.

To request a refund, email hello@scenesignature.com within 30 days of receiving your photos. We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve.

5. What you must upload

You must upload photos of yourself only. By uploading photos you confirm:

• —You are the person depicted in all uploaded images.
• —You own or have the right to use those images.
• —The images do not depict anyone under 18.
• —The images are not obscene, illegal, or in violation of any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where uploads violate these conditions.

6. What we do with your photos

• —Your uploads are used solely to generate your personalised photos.
• —Uploads are deleted within 24 hours of model training completing.
• —We do not use your photos to train any shared or general-purpose AI model.
• —Generated photos are deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you request earlier deletion.

7. AI generation and third-party processing

To generate your photos, your uploaded images are sent to a third-party AI API that processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We will name the provider in our Privacy Policy once selected. You consent to this transfer as part of the service.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Scene Signature to:

• —Impersonate another person or create deceptive content about someone else.
• —Create content depicting real or fictitious minors.
• —Generate images for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI model.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual property

The Scene Signature name, logo, and website content are our property. The AI-generated photos delivered to you are licensed to you for personal use as described in Section 3. We do not claim ownership of the generated photos for our own commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a specific increase in matches or dates — results depend on many factors outside our control. We warrant that the generated photos will be realistic depictions of you based on your uploads, but we cannot guarantee they will meet any specific aesthetic expectation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
